What are my responsibilities?
- Act as a consultant for the sales team in terms of answering technical questions, preparing and delivering solution based on product presentations which meet customer business requirements especially on CRM Solutions.
- Understand and positioning CRM solution to our clients based on their business needs.
- Design and propose business plan based on client requirement on ICT perspective.
- Facilitating consultation services to client expectation through-out the entire engagement lifecycle from proposal, requirement gathering and project sign off.
- Working with multiple projects and various business proposals within limited time frame, which required other department’s input and feedback.
- Continuously updating technical knowledge and learning new products and feature sets in Information Technology.
- Keeping up to the mark of the latest trends and business requirements in Customer Relationship Industries.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must have basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management, Software Development and process the ability to map operation processes.
- The ability to architect solutions and lead the design, implementation and transition to support.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
